Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Honey Roasted & Smoked Turkey Breast, Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Beef and Vegetables (Including Carrots, Broccoli and/or Dark-Green Leafy, Mixture), Cheddar Cheese, Egg White, Pot Sticker, White Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Clementines, Cooked Artichoke (from Fresh).
