Fat: 105.46g | Prot: 94.56g | Carb: 21.92g.   Breakfast:  Taco Meatloaf Balls, eggs, coffee, Horizon organics heavy cream, splenda, Mexican style shredded cheese, butter. Lunch:  cornish game hen, simms beef summer sausage, extra sharp cheddar cheese. Dinner:  lettuce, celery, cucumber, green onions, green beans, round steak, buttermilk, mushrooms. Snacks/Other:  pork rinds, Clancy's sweet potato chips, frigo cheesehead cheese sticks.
