Fat: 41.44g | Prot: 106.48g | Carb: 169.82g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Olive Oil, Steel Cut Oats, 1% milk, Coffee, almond butter, Blackberry Fruit Spread, Egg, Baby spinach, Grape Tomatoes. Lunch:  Chicken Breast, Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil, shredded red cabbage, Raw vegetables, Baby Spinach, Dried Cranberries, Whole wheat Cinnamon Bread Pepperidge Farm. Dinner:  Quinoa, Shrimp Spring Rolls, Corona Light, Lean Beef, Vegetable Stir Fry , Brussel Sprouts. Snacks/Other:  Green tea, 0% Greek Yogurt Fage, Kiwi, Agave Nectar, Grape nuts, apple, Brie, Dove Dark Chocolate.
