Lunch:  Baby Spinach, Balsamic Vinegar, Chicken Breast, Dried Cranberries, Olive Oil, Raw vegetables, shredded red cabbage, Whole wheat Cinnamon Bread Pepperidge Farm. Dinner:  Brussel Sprouts, Corona Light, Lean Beef, Quinoa, Shrimp Spring Rolls, Vegetable Stir Fry . Snacks/Other:  0% Greek Yogurt Fage, Agave Nectar, apple, Brie, Dove Dark Chocolate, Grape nuts, Green tea, Kiwi.
