Fat: 119.35g | Prot: 113.41g | Carb: 269.38g.   Breakfast:  boneless chicken, eggs, green tea, splenda, toasted whole wheat english muffin. Lunch:  nathans hot dog, tuna macaroni salad. Dinner:  boneless chicken, broccoli, church's biscuit, church's chicken wings, tuna macaroni salad. Snacks/Other:  chip ahoy , dominos lava cake.
