Fat: 74.69g | Prot: 102.49g | Carb: 268.96g.   Breakfast:  Butter Croissants, Caffe Latte (Grande), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Cream Cheese , Poppy Seed Bagel. Lunch:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Macaroni, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  12" Italian BMT, Baked! Barbecue Potato Crisps. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Black Pepper Crackers, Crackers - Toasted Asiago.
