Lunch:  Rye Bread, Tuna in Water (Canned), Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added), G2 Perform 02 - Lemon-Lime. Dinner:  Lettuce, Red Kidney Beans (Canned), Tomatoes, Yellow Sweet Peppers, Garbanzo Beans, Chicken Breast, 90 Calorie Coke, Jewish Rye Bread with Caraway Seeds. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice Cream, Cashew Nuts, Fuji Apples.
