Fat: 63.54g | Prot: 93.21g | Carb: 228.60g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Light Yogurt with Granola - Strawberry. Lunch:  Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added), G2 Perform 02 - Lemon-Lime, Rye Bread, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  90 Calorie Coke, Chicken Breast, Garbanzo Beans, Jewish Rye Bread with Caraway Seeds, Lettuce, Red Kidney Beans (Canned), Tomatoes, Yellow Sweet Peppers. Snacks/Other:  Cashew Nuts, Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice Cream, Fuji Apples.
