Fat: 47.30g | Prot: 73.98g | Carb: 251.74g.   Breakfast:  1% milk, Blueberries, Special K Red Berries. Lunch:  smart one shrimp primavaria, pineapple. Dinner:  90% hamburger, Lite Hamburger Buns, kraft slice cheese, ore ida crinkle cut potatoes, i can't believe it's not butter, onion, hunt's ketchup, jack daniels bbq sauce. Snacks/Other:  Special K Cereal Bars - Strawberry.
