Fat: 47.30g | Prot: 73.98g | Carb: 251.74g.   Breakfast:  1% milk, Blueberries, Special K Red Berries. Lunch:  pineapple, smart one shrimp primavaria. Dinner:  90% hamburger, hunt's ketchup, i can't believe it's not butter, jack daniels bbq sauce, kraft slice cheese, Lite Hamburger Buns, onion, ore ida crinkle cut potatoes. Snacks/Other:  Special K Cereal Bars - Strawberry.
