Fat: 48.12g | Prot: 54.34g | Carb: 165.18g.   Breakfast:  fruit smoothie, cliff bar. Lunch:  canned tuna, rice crackers, celery. Dinner:  Peanut Butter Cookie, Vegetable Lasagna, Mixed Salad Greens, Creamy Italian Dressing. Snacks/Other:  trader joe's sweet potato chips, trader joes salsa.
