Fat: 54.67g | Prot: 84.87g | Carb: 212.97g.   Breakfast:  Sandwich Thins - 100% Whole Wheat, Scrambled Egg Patties (Timber Ridge Farms), Pork Sausage Patty. Lunch:  Light Nonfat Yogurt - Strawberry, Clementines, Split Top Wheat Bread, 97% Fat Free Cooked Ham. Dinner:  Bacon Ranch Salad with Grilled Chicken (with Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing), Strawberry Triple Thick Shake (16 oz). Snacks/Other:  Coffee with Cream and Sugar, Tea with Milk and Sugar, Tea with Milk and Sugar.
