Fat: 66.55g | Prot: 93.17g | Carb: 188.49g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Havarti Cheese, White Bread. Lunch:  Steamed Rice, Thai Coconut Curry Chicken. Dinner:  Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Breast Skinless (Coating Eaten), Cooked Soba Japanese Noodles, Minced Garlic, Onions. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Gobstopper, Red Carpet Red Velvet Cake Ice Cream.
