Fat: 57.64g | Prot: 63.10g | Carb: 299.57g.   Breakfast:  Brown Sugar, French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Milk (Nonfat) , Oatmeal, Sliced Almonds. Lunch:  Iced Tea, Seared Ahi Tuna Wasabi Salad. Dinner:  California Rolls, Dark Chocolate Frozen Yogurt, Light Beer, Rum. Snacks/Other:  Red Delicious Apples, Roasted Unsalted Cashew Nuts.
