Fat: 57.64g | Prot: 63.10g | Carb: 299.57g.   Breakfast:  Oatmeal, Brown Sugar, Milk (Nonfat) , French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Sliced Almonds. Lunch:  Seared Ahi Tuna Wasabi Salad, Iced Tea. Dinner:  California Rolls, Rum, Dark Chocolate Frozen Yogurt, Light Beer. Snacks/Other:  Red Delicious Apples, Roasted Unsalted Cashew Nuts.
