Fat: 57.87g | Prot: 51.74g | Carb: 152.33g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Honey Nut Cheerios, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  Beef Taco Meat, Catalina Salad Dressing, Mild Cheddar Cheese Shredded, Taco Flavor Tortilla Chips. Dinner:  Angel Hair Pasta, Marinara Pasta Sauce, Mild Italian Sausage.
