Fat: 120.22g | Prot: 152.42g | Carb: 126.97g.   Breakfast:  Gekochtes Ei, Haferflocken, Kaffee, Milch 1% Fett, Stevia Tabs. Lunch:  Blumenkohl, Butter, Frischkäse, Puten-Rahm-Gulasch, Schweinebraten (Nur mager gegessen), Vollkornbrot. Dinner:  Mandel. Snacks/Other:  Bratwurst.
