Lunch:  Broccoli, Carrots, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Dry Roasted Pistachio Nuts (with Salt Added), Lower Sugar Maple & Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Broccoli , Cos or Romaine Lettuce , Honey Ham, Honey Ham, Lite Wheat Bread, Original Hummus, Safslim, Simple Favorites French Bread Pepperoni Pizza. Snacks/Other:  Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added), Dry Roasted Pistachio Nuts (with Salt Added) , Dry Roasted Pistachio Nuts (with Salt Added) , pop cake, Raspberries, Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips (1.5 oz), White Cheddar Cheese Popcorn (100 Calorie), White Cheddar Cheese Popcorn (100 Calorie).
