Fat: 50.87g | Prot: 77.12g | Carb: 215.74g.   Breakfast:  banana, flaxseed seeds, honey glazed walnuts, pomegranate, zuzu. Lunch:  chicken soup, pork, roasted potatoes. Dinner:  almonds, clementines, delaco, flaxseed seeds, olives, pomegranate, red peppers, spinach, tomatoes, turkey breast, yellow peppers, zuzu. Snacks/Other:  apple, beet, carrot, honey, raspberrie cake, toblerone, zuzu.
