Fat: 50.87g | Prot: 77.12g | Carb: 215.74g.   Breakfast:  honey glazed walnuts, zuzu, banana, pomegranate, flaxseed seeds. Lunch:  roasted potatoes, pork, chicken soup. Dinner:  olives, spinach, red peppers, yellow peppers, delaco, turkey breast, tomatoes, clementines, pomegranate, zuzu, almonds, flaxseed seeds. Snacks/Other:  honey, apple, beet, carrot, zuzu, toblerone, raspberrie cake.
