Fat: 34.19g | Prot: 40.41g | Carb: 137.36g.   Breakfast:  rice, egg. Lunch:  deviled ham, sara lee 45, honey mustard, 50 calorie mixed fruit, jello dulce, diet dr pepper. Dinner:  Shrimp Wonton Soup with Noodles, Iced Tea. Snacks/Other:  Rum.
