Fat: 93.69g | Prot: 68.13g | Carb: 164.80g.   Breakfast:  Almond Milk, Banana, Chex Apple Cinnamon, Fully Cooked Bacon, Pomegranate juice cocktail, zero sugar added. Lunch:  Hickory Smoked Spiral Sliced Ham. Dinner:  Chili Cheese Fries, Original Chili Cheese Dog on a Standard Bun.
