Fat: 35.99g | Prot: 116.20g | Carb: 154.41g.   Breakfast:  1% milk, Special K Red Berries, Blueberries. Lunch:  skinless chicken breast, flour tortilla, kraft finely shreded sharp cheddar cheese, onion, red pepper bell, taco sauce, fajita mix. Dinner:  i can't believe it's not butter, Crab, mixed vegetable steamers. Snacks/Other:  nutri grain blueberry cereal bar, orange.
