Fat: 35.99g | Prot: 116.20g | Carb: 154.41g.   Breakfast: 1% milk, Blueberries, Special K Red Berries. Lunch: fajita mix, flour tortilla, kraft finely shreded sharp cheddar cheese, onion, red pepper bell, skinless chicken breast, taco sauce. Dinner:  mixed vegetable steamers, Crab, i can't believe it's not butter. Snacks/Other: nutri grain blueberry cereal bar, orange.
