Fat: 33.96g | Prot: 92.50g | Carb: 180.33g.   Breakfast:  coffe, ground, milk protein, rolled oats, strawberry. Lunch:  arugula, caviar, cucumber, egg organic, Low Carb 100% Whole Grain Wheat Bread. Dinner:  asparagus, broccoli, cod, tortellini spinach ricotta. Snacks/Other:  blackberry, carrot, celery, coffe brewe, cottage cheese, kiwi, mango, strawberry.
