Fat: 33.96g | Prot: 92.50g | Carb: 180.33g.   Breakfast:  rolled oats, strawberry, milk protein, coffe, ground. Lunch:  Low Carb 100% Whole Grain Wheat Bread, egg organic, caviar, arugula, cucumber. Dinner:  cod, broccoli, asparagus, tortellini spinach ricotta. Snacks/Other:  celery, carrot, coffe brewe, mango, kiwi, cottage cheese, blackberry, strawberry.
