Fat: 35.83g | Prot: 86.13g | Carb: 143.89g.   Breakfast:  Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, rebuild power protein shake vanilla. Lunch:  Chicken or Turkey Rice Soup (Home Recipe), Oranges. Dinner:  Pork Loin (Tenderloin, Lean Only), Sweet Baby Supremes Baby Cut Carrots, Brown Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Luna Bar - Lemon Zest, Apples, Bananas (Large), Cashew Nuts.
