Lunch: Caesar Dressing, Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Lettuce, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded). Dinner: Asparagus, broccoli, crab, hollandaise sauce, shrimp, trout. Snacks/Other: Banana Nut Muffin (prepared), Russell Stover sugar free Pecan Delight, sugar free chocolate covered peanuts.
