Fat: 50.01g | Prot: 63.65g | Carb: 31.54g.   Breakfast:  Butter, Egg, Sami's Bakery low carb 7 grain cinnamon raisin bread. Lunch:  Caesar Dressing, Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Lettuce, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded). Dinner:  Asparagus, broccoli, crab, hollandaise sauce, shrimp, trout. Snacks/Other:  Banana Nut Muffin (prepared), Russell Stover sugar free Pecan Delight, sugar free chocolate covered peanuts.
