Fat: 34.17g | Prot: 114.59g | Carb: 286.98g.   Breakfast:  tap water, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), multivitamin, blueberries. Lunch:  whole wheat bread, crabmeat. Dinner:  salad, vinaigrette, milk, dumplings. Snacks/Other:  whole wheat bread, butter, hot cocoa, Chocolate Pudding Cups.
