Fat: 58.87g | Prot: 71.49g | Carb: 173.08g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Honey Nut Cheerios, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  Crunchy Granola Bars - Peanut Butter, Light Fat Free Yogurt - Strawberry. Dinner:  7-Pepper Sirloin Salad, Bleu Cheese Dressing, Butter (for Bread), Freshly Baked Bread Loaf.
