Fat: 32.47g | Prot: 73.08g | Carb: 225.62g.   Breakfast:  Mango Chunks, Orange Juice, Source 0% Vanilla Yogurt. Lunch:  Crunchy Peanut Butter, Light Rye, Pure raspberry jam. Dinner:  1% Fat Milk, Baked Beans with Pork (Canned), Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Beef Top Loin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat). Snacks/Other:  1% Fat Milk, Cafe Style Cream Wafers, Special K Vanilla Almond.
