Fat: 49.98g | Prot: 50.55g | Carb: 249.36g.   Breakfast:  pancake, bacon, hillshire farm cheddar smokies, syrup, special k protein shake vanilla, water. Lunch:  healthy choice country breaded chicken, quaker oats 5 minute oats, lettuce, shredded carrots, cauliflower, ken's steakhouse lite caesar dressing, Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing, chicken express sweet tea, cheese great value. Dinner:  grapefruit, special K protein shake chocolate, fried potatoes, Belvita blueberry breakfast biscuits, whataburger ketchup, orange juice kroger, cran-grape ocean spray juice, water. Snacks/Other:  One A Day VitaCraves multivitamin gummies, CVS calcium chews.
