Fat: 58.58g | Prot: 77.08g | Carb: 228.89g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Bananas (Large), Clover Honey, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Kefir 2% Milk Fat, Spinach , White Sugar (Granulated or Lump). Lunch:  Cafe Steamers General Tso's Spicy Chicken, Oikos Traditional Greek Yogurt - Key Lime. Dinner:  Natural Chicken Pot Pie. Snacks/Other:  Protein Granola Bar, Special K Flatbread Breakfast Sandwich - Sausage, Egg & Cheese.
