Fat: 30.49g | Prot: 52.09g | Carb: 103.75g.   Breakfast:  raisin bran crunch, fat free milk, coffee, sugar free non dairy creamer. Lunch:  deli ham, olive, nonfat greek yogurt. Dinner:  beef bologna, non fat greek yogurt. Snacks/Other:  welchs light juice.
