Fat: 62.09g | Prot: 38.11g | Carb: 130.70g.   Breakfast:  coffee, creamer, sugar, tomato, wild blueberry muffin. Dinner:  avocado, broccoli, cheese quesadilla, chihuaha cheese, lettuce, sour cream, spinach. Snacks/Other:  kelloggs pastry crisps, kelloggs strawberry nutrigrain bar.
