Dinner:  Shrimp, romaine, Feta, parmesan cheese, Cucumber (with Peel), Spinach, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Pepperoncini, Olive Oil, Garlic, Cherry Tomato, Dreamfields, Cardini's Greek, apple, Kemps cottage cheese. Snacks/Other:  Kemps Cottage Cheese, Blackberries, Day Break Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp Bar, Calcium, Fish Oil Omega 3, Water, Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Sensible Portions.
