Fat: 54.70g | Prot: 70.18g | Carb: 318.19g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Orange Juice, Special Flakes. Lunch:  English Breakfast Tea, Semi-Skimmed Milk, 2.5 Tsp White Sugar. Dinner:  Baked Beans with Pork Sausages, Battered Fish Fillet, Diet Cloudy Lemonade, Ice Lolly, Rustic Oven Chips. Snacks/Other:  Gold Bears.
