Fat: 44.08g | Prot: 100.53g | Carb: 118.25g.   Breakfast:  coffee, Cream (Half & Half), land o lakes whipped butter, turkey, whole wheat bread. Lunch:  smart ones santa fe style. Dinner:  Healthy Harvest Whole Grain Thin Spaghetti, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Whiting (Fish) (Mixed Species). Snacks/Other:  Gin, muscle milk banana creme.
