Fat: 66.36g | Prot: 68.67g | Carb: 187.57g.   Breakfast:  2% milk, coffee, oatmeal. Lunch:  avacado, cherry tomatoe, salad, Vinaigrette Dressing. Dinner:  corn, Mashed Potato made with Milk (from Fresh), Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat). Snacks/Other:  2% milk, crackers, miller lt beer, Pate (Truffle Flavor), peanuts, post shredded wheat.
