Fat: 34.36g | Prot: 33.86g | Carb: 200.26g.   Breakfast:  flax seed, oatmeal. Lunch:  almond granola bar, roasted veggies. Dinner:  i cup fried rice, roasted veggies. Snacks/Other:  fortune cookie, hummus, mixed fruit, pita bread, raw veggies.
