Fat: 138.79g | Prot: 78.58g | Carb: 152.61g.   Breakfast:  egg, rice soup, Bacon (Cured, Microwaved, Cooked). Lunch:  Thai Red Curry Sauce, Cooked Mushrooms, White Rice, Fried Pork Steak or Cutlet, snakehead fish, Coconut Meat, Coconut Milk (with Water). Dinner:  Chicken or Turkey Garden Salad (Chicken and/or Turkey, Tomato and/or Carrots, Other Vegetables), Low Calorie Salad Dressing, Brandy, red table wine. Snacks/Other:  digestive cookie.
