Fat: 56.31g | Prot: 56.78g | Carb: 36.73g.   Breakfast:  Hazelnuts Filberts, Low Carb Bagel, Low Carb Raspberry Spread, Peanut Butter Cookies. Lunch:  Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Duck Meat (Roasted, Cooked). Dinner:  Asparagus, Butter, crushed tomatoes, Low Carb Baked Ricotta Custard, Smoked turkey. Snacks/Other:  Russell Stover sugar free truffle.
