Lunch:  Duck Meat (Roasted, Cooked), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Dinner:  Smoked turkey, Asparagus, crushed tomatoes, Butter, Low Carb Baked Ricotta Custard. Snacks/Other:  Russell Stover sugar free truffle.
