Fat: 82.19g | Prot: 47.95g | Carb: 129.09g.   Breakfast:  Cashew Nuts. Lunch:  Enchilada with Chicken, Beans and Cheese in Tomato- Based Sauce, Dreamy Clusters - Dark Chocolate, Peanut Butter Cup. Dinner:  Heavenly Crisp Candy Bar - Peanut Butter, Sides - Garden Salad, Blue Cheese , Diet Coke, Mushrooms, Garlic Texas Toast.
