Fat: 89.78g | Prot: 135.66g | Carb: 363.18g.   Breakfast:  Duck Egg, flour tortilla, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat). Lunch:  brownberry natural wheat, manwich. Dinner:  Cherry Tomatoes, Granola clusters, Greek Yogurt, Lite Honey Balsamic Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, Pork Chop, Raspberry, Seasoned Croutons. Snacks/Other:  apple, cocoa krispies, melon, rice cake, skim milk.
