Fat: 92.05g | Prot: 78.61g | Carb: 179.68g.   Breakfast:  special k protein, water great value. Lunch:  Chicken & Vegetables, water, kroger milk 2%. Dinner:  eggs, ideal bread, great value cooked ham, salt, pepper, butter churn, water, sweet tea chicken express. Snacks/Other:  chilis chips salsa, werther's original chewy caramels, grapefruit, salt, water, celery, cauliflower, hidden valley ranch, cheese string, grilled cheese, m&m peanut.
