Fat: 92.05g | Prot: 78.61g | Carb: 179.68g.   Breakfast:  special k protein, water great value. Lunch:  Chicken & Vegetables, kroger milk 2%, water. Dinner:  butter churn, eggs, great value cooked ham, ideal bread, pepper, salt, sweet tea chicken express, water. Snacks/Other:  cauliflower, celery, cheese string, chilis chips salsa, grapefruit, grilled cheese, hidden valley ranch, m&m peanut, salt, water, werther's original chewy caramels.
