Fat: 73.65g | Prot: 57.60g | Carb: 196.93g.   Breakfast:  Apples (Without Skin), Low Fat Fruit & Grain Cereal Bars - Strawberry. Lunch:  Reuben Sandwich with Spread (Corned Beef Sandwich with Sauerkraut and Cheese). Dinner:  Southern Style Chicken Biscuit (Large). Snacks/Other:  Jam Preserves, Light Beer, Peanut Butter, Red Table Wine, Whole Wheat Bread.
