Fat: 48.01g | Prot: 38.66g | Carb: 118.30g.   Breakfast:  frozen raspberries, Honey Wheat English Muffin, Jif Creamy Peanut butter, strawberries, White Milk 2% (Regular). Lunch:  lettuce, mayonnaise, Provolone cheese, Purple Onion , salt and vinegar potato chips, tomato, whole wheat bread, yellow mustard.
