Fat: 57.05g | Prot: 58.48g | Carb: 190.68g.   Breakfast:  Chewy Yogurt Granola Bar - Strawberry, 2% Fat Milk, Espresso Coffee, Crunchy Granola Bars - Roasted Almonds. Lunch:  White Rice, Puerto Rican Style Stewed Dry Red Beans (Habichuelas Coloradas Guisadas), Puerto Rican Style Beef Steak with Onions (Biftec Encebollado), Puerto Rican Style Fried Green Plantain (Tostones), Baked Ripe Plantains (Platanos Maduros Horneados). Dinner:  Honey Ham Steak, Fat Free Swiss Cheese Singles, Pan Integral Blanco. Snacks/Other:  Light Beer, Milk Chocolate Nuggets with Toffee & Almonds.
