Fat: 57.05g | Prot: 58.48g | Carb: 190.68g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Chewy Yogurt Granola Bar - Strawberry, Crunchy Granola Bars - Roasted Almonds, Espresso Coffee. Lunch:  Baked Ripe Plantains (Platanos Maduros Horneados), Puerto Rican Style Beef Steak with Onions (Biftec Encebollado), Puerto Rican Style Fried Green Plantain (Tostones), Puerto Rican Style Stewed Dry Red Beans (Habichuelas Coloradas Guisadas), White Rice. Dinner:  Fat Free Swiss Cheese Singles, Honey Ham Steak, Pan Integral Blanco. Snacks/Other:  Light Beer, Milk Chocolate Nuggets with Toffee & Almonds.
