Fat: 61.44g | Prot: 88.42g | Carb: 47.10g.   Breakfast:  almond milk, Broccoli & Three Cheese Sauce, cheese, coffee, egg, Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, Sausage Patties. Lunch:  Seafood Salad. Dinner:  roma tomatoe, Spicy Chicken. Snacks/Other:  kisses, sprite, water.
