Fat: 31.27g | Prot: 28.16g | Carb: 72.32g.   Breakfast:  Detox & Clense Pills, Equal, Hazelnut Creamer, miralax, Taster's Choice Hazelnut Roast Instant Coffee, Vitamins and Meds, water. Lunch:  bm, equal, lipton green tea, Meatloaf, water. Dinner:  I can't believe it's not butter spray, Kirkland cut green beans. Snacks/Other:  blue Diamond Almonds Wasabi & Soy Sauce 28 nuts, Lemon.
