Fat: 21.52g | Prot: 73.01g | Carb: 250.94g.   Breakfast:  banana, egg whites, oatmeal, oroweat thin, potato hash brown. Lunch:  activia, apple, cuties, oroweat thin, pastrami, popchips, soy cheese slice. Dinner:  bell pepper, carrots, celery, chicken stew, cucumber, italian dressing, onion, radish, romaine, tomato. Snacks/Other:  air popped corn.
