Fat: 31.26g | Prot: 39.47g | Carb: 126.46g.   Breakfast:  flaxseed, turkey bacon oscar mayer, coffee, Light Thick & Creamy Yogurt - Blueberry Pie. Lunch:  Cbell's Soup on the Go Creamy Tomato Healthy Request, tangerine, granny smith apple. Dinner:  baked ham, peas and carrots, romaine salad, fat free honey mustard, edamame. Snacks/Other:  almonds, celery, skinny cow.
