Fat: 44.20g | Prot: 63.92g | Carb: 213.10g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Cream and Sugar, maple brown sugar oatmeal quaker, Nutri-Grain Bars. Lunch:  salad, caesar dressing. Dinner:  skim milk, spaghetti. Snacks/Other:  rice cake.
