Fat: 179.93g | Prot: 150.07g | Carb: 233.36g.   Breakfast:  Diced Ham (Water Added), Egg, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Natural Shredded Mozzarella & Cheddar Pizza Cheese, Olive Oil Cooking Spray, Sausage Gravy. Lunch:  Boneless wings, Fresh Cut Fries. Dinner:  canned potatos, dinner roll, green beans, ham. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Coconut Chewy Bar, oatmeal cookie, twizzlers, Wonderful Almonds.
