Fat: 76.97g | Prot: 72.79g | Carb: 118.79g.   Breakfast:  celery, mesquite smoked turkey breast, special k protein shake, water great value. Lunch:  chips queso, water. Dinner:  broccoli, cauliflower, hidden valley ranch dressing, lettuce, pork chops, shredded carrots, shredded cheese great value, water. Snacks/Other:  grapefruit , peanut m&m.
