Fat: 29.70g | Prot: 35.23g | Carb: 164.07g.   Breakfast:  captain crunch, Granola Thins Crispy Squares - Dark Chocolate, milk. Lunch:  tuna sandwich. Dinner:  cup of coke. Snacks/Other:  peanut butter crackers, popcorn, Potato & Onion Pierogies.
