Lunch:  Carb Solutions Chocolate shake mix, Organic Sugar Free Coconut Milk. Dinner:  Pork Roast, romaine, avacado, Cucumber (with Peel), Spinach, Cherry Tomato, Hidden Valley Ranch Original, Marble Jack Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Dean Cottage Cheese, Blackberries, Water, Fish Oil Omega 3, Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Day Break Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp Bar, Virginia Peanuts.
